1. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Our warehouse team carefully prepares and inspects each order before shipment.
During sales events, promotional periods, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may take longer.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
2. International Shipping
Cihi ships internationally from our fulfillment centers.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
If your tracking information has not updated after this period, please contact Cihi Customer Care.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Cihi is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or government procedures.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours after purchase.
Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation or changes cannot be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.
Cihi is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
8. Lost, Delayed or Returned Packages
If your package is delayed, please contact Cihi Customer Care and we will assist in checking the shipment status.
If a package is returned to Cihi due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping costs may apply.
Any applicable costs may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted.
9. PO Boxes and Military Addresses
To ensure reliable delivery, Cihi recommends providing a valid residential or business address.
Some shipping carriers may not support delivery to PO Boxes or military addresses.
