We want you to love your Cihi shoes. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please review our Returns Policy below.

This Returns Policy applies to all returns and exchanges for purchases made through the official Cihi website.

This Returns Policy forms part of Cihi’s Terms of Service. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to comply with this Returns Policy.

This Returns Policy applies only to purchases made directly through the Cihi website. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces, retailers, or other sales channels are subject to the return policies of those platforms.

1. RETURNS PROCESS

Customers must contact Cihi Customer Care before returning any product.

When submitting a return request, please provide:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)

Customers must receive approval from Cihi before sending any return.

Returns sent without prior approval may experience delays or may not be accepted.

2. RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND

Cihi may accept returns for change of mind requests subject to compliance with the conditions below.

Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Change of Mind Return Conditions

Except in cases involving faulty or defective products, Cihi will only accept returns if:

- The return request is submitted within 15 days of delivery.
- The product has not been worn outdoors.
- Shoes have only been tried on indoors.
- Products are unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- Original shoe box, packaging, and accessories are included.
- Products have no signs of wear, stains, damage, or alterations.
- Proof of purchase has been provided.

Any product returned that does not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Full Price Products

Full-price products may be returned through the Cihi Returns Process.

Customers may choose:
- Refund
- Exchange
- Store credit

Products purchased using promotional discounts may still qualify as eligible returns unless otherwise stated.

Sale Products

Sale products may be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Sale products are not eligible for refunds due to change of mind unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Final Sale Products

Final Sale products are generally not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

Exceptions may apply where required by applicable laws and regulations.

3. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Cihi Customer Care within 7 days after delivery.

Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos showing the issue
- Description of the problem

After review and assessment, Cihi may provide:
- Replacement
- Exchange
- Refund

Faulty Product Assessment

Products will not be considered defective where damage results from:

- Improper use.
- Incorrect storage.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidents or external damage.
- Failure to follow product care instructions.

5. REFUNDS

Once your return request has been approved and the returned product has been received and inspected, Cihi will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Additional processing time may be required depending on your payment provider.

If the original payment method is unavailable or unable to receive the refund, Cihi may provide an alternative refund method, including store credit, where permitted by applicable laws.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Except for approved faulty, damaged, or incorrect products:

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Cihi is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers after dispatch.

7. STORE CREDIT

Where a return is approved for store credit, Cihi may issue credit to the customer's account or provide an alternative store credit method.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable laws.

8. REPLACEMENTS AND EXCHANGES

Replacement or exchange requests are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, Cihi may provide store credit or a refund according to this Returns Policy.

9. POLICY CHANGES

Cihi reserves the right to update or modify this Returns Policy from time to time.
